Job Description - Sales ManagerProperty Myntra seeks sales manager who are self starting, sales professionals to manage inside sales staff and outside sales representatives. This position requires extensive networking management skill and in person presentation skills. The ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of the corporate marketing structure, processes, plannings stages and hierarchy.Responsibilities: The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage inside sales staffDevelop sales lead and pass to the sales staffManage and motivate inside sale staffFind, manage and support outbound sales representatives.Actively manage the development of new dealer accounts and major clientsBuild a strong relationship and grow revenue from new and existing accountsReporting to the Director of Sales Support is responsible for ensuring that the Sales and Marketing departments have all the tools, resources, and system to achieve their sales revenue targetsComplete performance reviews and create Professional Development Plans for each member of your teamDesired Skills and Experience5 years of sales management experience in Real estate / Banking sectorProven track record of results and exceeding sales goals with a must-win attitudeProactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, attentive to detail, accountable, professional, relentless work ethic.Competitive and upbeat attitude with a drive to succeedable to motive sales team and willing to work for youSuperior problem solving abilityExpertise and experience in prospecting, presenting and closing dealsStrong negotiation and relationship development skillsDemonstrated customer relationship management, organization and time management skillsHistory of gaining access to high-level decision makersQualification and requirementsPost graduation Degree( MBA/PGDM ) in business or any related fieldOutstanding Written and Verbal Communication SkillsAnalytic
