Job descriptionRole & responsibilitiesGenerate organic B2B leads through field visits, referrals and industry networking within manufacturing and service sectors.Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to understand process gaps and compliance needs.Pitch standardization and compliance solutions including ISO, social, food and buyer standards.Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close consultancy projects independently.Coordinate with implementation and audit teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, follow-ups and closure tracking.Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting and revenue targets with clear accountability.Preferred candidate profileGraduate or MBA with 3 to 7 years of B2B field sales experience in manufacturing, services or consultancy.Strong exposure to factory sales, project sales or solution selling is mandatory.Comfortable with cold meetings, plant visits and decision-maker interactions.Understanding of ISO or compliance consulting is preferred but not compulsory.Excellent communication, negotiation and closure skills with a target-driven mindset.Willingness to travel locally and operate independently in the field.
