Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote IT products and services. Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively. Collaborate with the technical team to propose solutions that meet client requirements. Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.

Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers or clients Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company. Generate New Leads and arrange Meetings. Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process. Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement. Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth. Meet Sales target set by management and contribute to Team Target. Respond for all documents, Proposals, report and supporting papers for customers or clients Maintain sales records and update CRM on a regular basis. Willing to travel within and outside the country or state

Experience with managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Active Directory etc.
