Key Responsibilities:1. Drive business development efforts for the organization, including pitching for new projects and expanding market presence.2. Plan, manage, and execute outdoor campaigns across various formats (hoardings, kiosks, transit ads, etc.)3. Identify and finalize outdoor sites as per client requirements4. Liaise with vendors and ensure quality and timely execution of campaigns5. Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide execution reports6. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and client servicing) for seamless delivery7. Ensure brand compliance and visual standards are met in all outdoor executions8. Handle on-ground challenges and resolve issues in real time Preferred Candidate Profile:9. Proven experience in outdoor media or branding agencies.10. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills11. Good geographical knowledge of Kolkata and surrounding areas12. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
