Job Description: Overview:We are seeking SEO professionals to drive organic growth across our business. You will focus on increasing organic traffic, leads, and revenue .Key Responsibilities:- Oversee SEO initiatives for all product lines.- Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets for the team to ensure growth through SEO strategies, along with planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organic traffic and revenue growth in alignment with the company's overall objectives.- Launch and optimize online advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook to boost brand awareness.- Conduct regular technical audits of web pages, providing short- and long-term technical SEO recommendations, and overseeing their implementation.- Collaborate with the tech and product teams to ensure the appropriate technical infrastructure is in place.- Partner with the product team on website redesigns, product launches, and enhancements.- Work closely with the Content Marketing team to drive traffic growth.- Stay informed about the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.- Develop strategies to enhance local SEO, driving local traffic growth and improving visibility on Google Products.- Optimize app rankings on Google Play Store and Apple Store to increase non-brand installs.- Monitor, review, and analyse data to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.Qualifications:- Relevant Exp required of managing SEO in fast growing new age company - Proven track record in managing SEO for both product and content pages, achieving sizeable organic visits monthly.- Strong understanding of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, site architecture, and strategies.- Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Tableau, and others.Interested candidates can share resume on disha.doshi@probusinsurance.com
