This role involves overseeing the sales team, setting clear performance goals, and ensuring the team achieves and exceeds sales targets. The VP will work closely with key clients and industry partners, identifying opportunities for new business and maintaining strong customer relationships. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, is essential to align sales initiatives with broader company objectives.Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing the ERP sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base. Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives. Monitoring sales performance, providing guidance and support to the sales team, and adjusting strategies as needed. Reporting on sales progress and contributing to company-wide performance metrics.The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in ERP sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of ERP software solutions, sales processes, and industry trends is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are required, along with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving revenue goals.
