We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage activities at our construction site in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is conducted safely and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervise Daily Operations**: Oversee daily site activities to ensure that tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.- **Coordinate Team Efforts**: Work closely with the construction crew to align work efforts, resolve issues, and ensure everyone understands their tasks.- **Monitor Safety Standards**: Enforce safety protocols on site to protect workers and ensure compliance with regulations, reducing the risk of accidents.- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of progress, expenditures, and issues that arise, providing regular updates to management.- **Material Management**: Ensure that all necessary materials are available on site at the right time, managing inventory and minimizing waste.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have prior experience in a supervisory role within construction or a related field, ideally between 1 to 3 years. A minimum educational qualification of 12th pass is required. The role is intended for male candidates due to site-specific needs. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as a basic understanding of construction processes and safety practices.
