We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara, India. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a passion for sales, contributing to the growth of our customer base. Key Responsibilities:- **Customer Engagement**: Actively reach out to potential clients to introduce our products and services, building strong relationships and understanding their needs. - **Product Demonstration**: Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales.- **Lead Management**: Track and manage leads through various sales stages using company systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to provide updates on performance and forecast future sales to the management.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting products and enhancing customer outreach.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a persuasive attitude. A strong understanding of customer service and the ability to work in a team environment is essential. The Sales Executive should be self-motivated and able to meet sales targets effectively. A willingness to learn and adapt is also crucial for success in this dynamic role. Male candidates are preferred for this position.

This on-site role in Vadodara requires a BDE to generate leads, build client relationships, manage accounts, and promote solar solutions. Strong communication, business development skills, a results-driven approach, a two-wheeler with a valid license, and local language fluency are essential. Experience in the solar industry is an added advantage.;
