We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher for our client company to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will foster independence, curiosity, and holistic development in line with Montessori principlesKey ResponsibilitiesClassroom & Teaching:Implement Montessori-based teaching methods aligned with lesson plans and curriculumCreate a safe, stimulating, and child-centric classroom environmentObserve, guide, and support children-s academic, emotional, and social developmentUse age-appropriate materials and activities to encourage independent learningStudent Development:Assess and document children-s progress and developmental milestonesPlan and evaluate individual and group learning activitiesEnsure student safety and supervision at all timesParent Interaction:Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and developmentAddress concerns and provide constructive feedback during parent interactionsEncourage parent participation in school activities and meetingsSchool & Team Collaboration:Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and school eventsMaintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support staffFollow school policies, procedures, and confidentiality standardsRequirementsDegree/Diploma with ECCE / NTT certification; Montessori certification preferredBasic understanding of child development theories and Montessori philosophyGood communication skills in EnglishPatient, caring, flexible, and child-focused attitudeStrong classroom management and teamwork skillsAbility to safeguard children-s well-being and interestsExperience: 0-2 Years (or as per competence)What We OfferSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and trainingChild-focused and value-driven educational culture
