The candidate will play a key role in understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring proposals are competitive, accurate, and meet project specifications.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:1. Proposal Preparation:o Analyze client requirements, specifications, and tender documents to develop proposals.o Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary inputs for proposals.2. Cost Estimation and Budgeting:o Calculate costs, including materials, labor, and equipment, for proposals.o Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure competitive pricing.3. Client Coordination:o Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and provide technical support.o Participate in pre-bid and post-bid meetings to address technical queries.4. Documentation and Submission:o Develop complete proposal packages, including technical and commercial documentation.o Ensure timely submission of proposals to clients while adhering to deadlines.5. Market and Product Knowledge:o Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and advancements in mechanical engineering solutions.o Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings to enhance proposal competitiveness.6.
