The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, good knowledge of customs clearance processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, customs officials, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage EDI software for import and export customs clearancePrepare, verify, and submit importexport documentation including Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, invoices, packing lists, etc.Coordinate with Customs, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clientsEnsure compliance with customs regulations and company proceduresMaintain accurate records and reports using MS ExcelHandle email correspondence and follow-ups with clients and authoritiesSupport day-to-day customs clearance operationsRequired Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience working on EDI software (customs clearance)Strong knowledge of importexport documentationGood Excel skills (data entry, reports, tracking, basic formulas)Good communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in a customs clearance or logistics companyKnowledge of customs procedures and DGFT regulationsDiploma / Graduate in Logistics, Commerce, or related fieldLocationFaridabad, HaryanaExperience RequiredMinimum 1 year of relevant experienceHow to ApplySend your resume to: anshulgupta3404@gmail.comWhatsApp for queries: +91 9310541271
