Job Title: ITI/Diploma Quality TechnicianJob Description:We are seeking a qualified ITI/Diploma Quality Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet or exceed quality standards, conducting inspections, implementing quality control measures, and providing feedback to improve processes. The position is open to both fresher and experienced candidates.Responsibilities:- Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards.- Follow established procedures to conduct quality tests, measurements, and inspections using various tools and equipment.- Identify and report any deviations from quality standards and work with production and other teams to resolve quality issues.- Document inspection and testing results, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to identify and address the causes of quality defects.- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions.- Conduct audits of production processes and quality management systems to ensure compliance with established standards.- Train and guide junior quality technicians and other staff as needed.- Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of quality control measures and make recommendations for process improvements.- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality control and ensure compliance.Requirements:- ITI or Diploma in Engineering or related field.- Fresher or experienced candidates are eligible.- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques.- Familiarity with measuring instruments, gauges, and equipment used in quality testing.- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.- Good analytical, problem-solving, a
