We're looking for a capable and experienced Full stack Engineer to join our team and take ownership of building UI components across mobile & web (or PWA) platforms while also maintaining and optimizing backend services. You'll be joining a project where the backend infrastructure is already in place, but you'll be responsible for both frontend development and backend maintenance.What You'll Work OnDevelop and maintain a unified codebase using React Native + React Native WebImplement cross-platform UI/UX while allowing for platform-specific tweaksUse a monorepo structure (Turborepo, Yarn Workspaces, or Nx) for scalable and maintainable developmentBuild, fix, and maintain backend APIs and servicesSet up and manage monitoring systems to ensure application reliability and performanceDebug and resolve issues across the entire application stackImplement and optimize database queries and data processingCollaborate closely with product designers and stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences across platformsInterpret wireframes and design system docs into high-quality UI componentsEnsure smooth deployment and maintenance of mobile apps to the Play Store and App StoreWhat We're Looking For3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native5+ years overall in frontend or full stack developmentStrong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScriptExperience with backend development and API design/implementationKnowledge of server monitoring tools and performance optimizationExperience building and publishing apps to both Google Play Store and Apple App StoreSolid understanding of state management libraries (Redux or equivalent)Comfortable working with native modules (Java/Kotlin for Android; Swift/Objective-C for iOS)Familiarity with modern architectural approaches like monorepos and shared business logic layersBonus Points ForExperience with React Native WebPrior use of Capacitor for bridging web and native appsExposure to AWS services and infrastructureWorking knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for app deploymentExperience with Go programming languageExperience in multi-platform UI theming and performance optimizationKnowledge of database optimization and query performance tuningExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
