Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, & Printers), software applications (Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office) Resolve issue remotely. Installation and configuration of Windows/Linux based operating systems (Windows, Vista,7,8 & 10) Good experience in Installation, configuring & troubleshooting of MS Outlook 2007/10/13/16 or Outlook Express, Office 365 & IBM Lotus note. Installation and Managing of antivirus products Taking Regular data backup and restoration of data & mail backup of MS outlook (PST files). Installation, Configuration of Biometric devices. Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1 level & Managing data backup and recovery.

Joles and Responsibilities for Asset Executive. Assisting in the preparation and updating Assets. Experience in IMAC, IT asset Management tool Experience in asset allocation and DE allocation process. Knowledge in IT asset code creation Assist in the preparation of various periodic reports including strategic plans, asset management reports. Provide decision-making support to the management team regarding ongoing performance of the Assets. Accountable for client requests and insure timely responses. Assists the team during the acquisition and disposition of assets by serving to all parties involved in the process to coordinate smooth flow of files and informationPrepare Monthly weekly reports. Should be strong in Excel are MIS report preparation.
