The incumbent is responsible to contribute to various Education Research and tool development programs at PrayogaJob Responsibilities- responsible to work alongside the education research team - actively participate and interact with the implementation team working towards achieving research objectives- Identify relevant tools in the field of education research and contribute in the development/ testing of the same- provide support in the areas of research, data analysis and reportingQualification - A graduate/master degree in science. Master degree in Education (M.Ed) desired- Ph.D in Education preferred- Basics of statistics and use of SPSS tool or any equivalent statistical toolsMinimum Requirements- teaching experience of 5-7 years- readiness to develop deeper insights into the Education domain- acumen for educational research, adaptability to new ideas and areas of study- willingness to learn and contribute- understanding of education psychology- willingness to work in teams- good hands-on experience in statistics is preferred

The incumbent is to provide overall Project Management support for the education Research and Implementation programs at Prayoga.Job Responsibilities- Responsible for the overall planning and management, coordination and implementation of the Project and reports directly to the hd. Research Operations. This includes activities, resource, timelines and budget - Supervise implementation and ensure meeting stated goals, outcomes, benchmarks, and reporting requirements. - establish and manage a monitoring and evaluation system to track progress towards meeting deliverables, budget and timelines.- Oversee the projects financial and administrative system including reporting- Generate various reports to present to leadership team and maintain/archive all related project records with controlled access - Schedule weekly meetings to report the status, identify risks and notify leadership team to plan appropriate actionsQualification- The candidate should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree - Strong Project Management expertiseMinimum Requirements- At least five (5) years of Project Management experience, managing and coordinating programs- ability to plan and manage complex, time and budget sensitive projects- work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders- ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage diverse teams to undertake discrete tasks within agreed timelines and budget- experience managing research, evaluation/social science research is strongly desired- experience with client account management- excellent English communications skills, written and oral- Experience with use of tools related to managing projects is preferred

The incumbent will be part of the Outreach and communication function providing the required support as mentioned below.Job ResponsibilitiesPhoto and video shoot of all Programs internal and external to Prayoga- Kriya, Anveshana, events, trainings, seminars, workshops, activities, etcIndex and maintain all media content for easy access and quick retrievalUnderstand the purpose of each digital communication/ marketing request and design formats accordinglyUpload and maintain content and information on Social-Media, WhatsApp, email, website, etc in the required templatesPrepare marketing materials and collaterals utilizing appropriate toolsMaintain website and Social media content with current updates and happening at PrayogaTrack and generate various reports from all digital communication/ marketing modesReport on activity plan and completion status periodicallyQualificationAny graduate with good oral and written communication skillsDesired if candidate has completed any certification course in Photography/ video shootingMinimum RequirementsGood Photography and video handling experiencePhoto and video editing capabilitiesStrong handson experience in managing all social media handles, WhatsApp and emailWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and complete tasks within agreed timelines and budgetExperience with use of tools related to designing/ editing of Photos/ Videos, digital materials

The incumbent is totally responsible for all the communications and fundraising functions of Prayoga. The incumbent shouldformulate and execute fundraising strategies to grow Prayogas donations in a sustainable way, including efforts to increase funding from current/past donors, as well as attracting investments from newly identified prospects.execute and manage fundraising campaigns of various nature - CSR, private and government grants etc. evolve communication strategies for the organization to enhance branding, establish relationships with various stakeholders, and communicate Prayoga's activities and ideas effectively.establish associations with various institutions for partnership and collaboration manage all the communications, both internal and external to the organization, through various channels - website, digital marketing, social media, newsletters, print media etc. exhibit professional and leadership skills to guide and motivate the team members and work towards the goals of the organization. organize events involving various stakeholders for diverse purposes.play a critical role in interacting with external agencies in driving the outreach program of Prayoga. This may involve travel to different places and meeting the C level executives of the organizations.
