We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist (Fresher) to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates who are passionate about patient care and laboratory procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples, ensuring proper handling and labeling, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all age groups.Label and store blood samples for laboratory testing.Ensure proper identification and documentation of patient information.Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of phlebotomy equipment and work area.Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times.Provide a calm and compassionate experience for patients during sample collection.Coordinate with lab staff for sample transportation and test results.Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory management of supplies.
