The incumbent should be BE/ Btech in Civil engineering from a reputed institute having relevant experience of 08 to 10 years.Key Performance Areas (KPAs):- Functional and Technical The Candidate having sound technical knowledge shall be responsible for the following KRAs:1) Execution of approved/planned drawings2) Budgeting and BOQ related work3) Proficiency in Auto CAD and computers4) Result orientation i.e. target Vs actual through team workings5) Indenting & procurements of materials at site6) Rate comparison and approval7) Material delivery and verification of materials8) People management.9) Project Schedule Compliance10) Balance work plan11) Shop management12) Monitoring of HVAC , FIRE and Electrical related work13) Ensuring all statutory compliances at site14) Sagety measures at project site
