Pragyaa is on the lookout for experienced & certified (NTT/ MTT) preschool teachers who can educate and take care of children between the age group of 2-6 years.Roles & Responsibilities Create plans for daily activities in line with the school curriculum & undergo training when necessary. Be versatile and perform different activities like arts / crafts, storytelling, dramatics, dancing, etc. Foster a positive and healthy learning environment. Ensure the classroom and the learning materials are kept in a clean and safe condition at all times. Interact with other teachers and administrative staff as needed Communicate with parents regarding child development and progress.Requirements : 2-3 years of experience as a Preschool Teacher in a daycare or preschool. Patient & supportive at all times Be familiar with all preschool teaching methods and the ability to innovate alternative methods. Excellent verbal & written communication skills Certification from a national organization preferred (NTT / Montessori) Up to date vaccinations.Should know the basic First-aid methods and treatments.Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-timeSalary: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month

Pragyaa is looking for a preschool coordinator. Responsibilities include but not limited to:1. Implementation of the Class wise Curriculum, managing day to day operations, managing the school budget & parent communication.2. Organising Parent Teacher Meetings, admissions counselling & management, overlooking the daily updates shared by the teachers.3. Facilitating Field trips, organising events such as Sports Day, Annual Day etc.Candidate Must Haves : 1. Exceptional written & oral communication skills with a pleasing personality.2. Strong leadership qualities with time management & organisational capabilities.3. Good Problem solving skills & a multitasker. 4. Any Graduate with 2+ years experience in the relevant field.5. Hands on experience with MS Office.
