Roles & ResponsibilitiesAnswering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the Company.Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.Maintaining the database of the Customers on a regular basis.Suggesting solutions based on Customers needs and requirements.Requirements:Bachelor degree in any field.A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience would be an added advantage.Should be fluent in Telugu, English & Tamil.Must be ready to join Immediately.FLUENCY IN TELUGU IS COMPULSORY!!!!Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: Up to 21,000.00 per month
