As an Estimation Engineer1) Proper Study of Tender Documents, Drawing, BOQ and specification before starting Estimation.2) Technical evaluation of supplier quotation with Tender specification3) Prepare a Rate analysis for unusual items only4) Attend Pre Tender meeting and site visits, if required5) Fill up the Tender by the help of Final Cost & Rate Analysis6) Preparing all the related documents (Covering letter Our terms and Deviation if any) to submitthe tender in prescribed format before the submission time.As a Design Engineer :1) Proper Study of Clients Electrical requirement and preparation of Load list on the basis ofdata provided by client or acquired from clients premises.2) Knowledge of required code and Standard and implementation of required Design standard ISNational building code etc.3) Preparation of Design Basis report4) Calculation of Cable Tray size, Trunking, conduit sizes and DB requirement.5. Evaluation and calculation of Cable size and Switchgear rating6. Calculation of Earthing and evaluation of Conductor SizeSpace planning for Electrical Panels/ Transformer/ Equipments8. Lighting design calculation through Dialux or any other software9. Lighting, Power, Cable Tray, Earthing, Layouts10. ELV Data, Voice, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and PA layouts11. Preparation of BOQ on the basis of Layout and Design and get it approved by the concern authority.

Visit the Site with Labour Contractor and Project Manager or alone with LC2. Proper Study of Drawing, BOQ and specification before mobilization at site.3. Mobilization at site with the coordination of Labour contractor & Project Manager.4. Study the requirement of Temporary power and arrange the same.5. Prepare a work schedule with the coordination of Project Manager and Labour contractor6. Prepare Master indent and correlate it with work schedule.7. Prepare the man power estimate with the coordination of Labour contractor8. Prepare the material requirement with the coordination of Labour contractor9. Monitors the acquisition and use of materials by the worker/Labour contractor10. Actively monitor the work environment for hazards. Identify and highlight possible risk onproject and ensure that the quality and safety requirements are adhered at site.11. Supervise the Labour contractors work progress as per schedule and to ensure that workis being carried out as per design drawings, specifications.12. Ensure the site cleanness on daily basis, the labour has to remove all of the debris andother stuff related to Electrical work on daily basis.13. Prepare and maintain of worker entry in the log book, Enroll the entire worker in ESICbefore start the work at site.14. Ensure construction QA/QC processes are being implemented by the site team.15. Report to concern person for any extra work (that is not in our scope of work), take theapproval from clients Project Engineer before execution.16. Responsible for submission of Measurement sheet monthly or as immediate aftercompletion of work, this is compulsory.17. Interact with Clients Project Engineer/Manager for clarification in design if required.18. Write all of the executed work in your notebook on daily basis19. Daily reporting about progress, non compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager.
