Maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping sensitive information confidential. Contributing to team efforts. Responding to incoming telephone calls and mail inquiries from both internal and external customers regarding computer-related problems. Maintaining and supplying inventory by regularly checking stock levels to determine the overall inventory level.

Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications Perform retouching and manipulation of images Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Processing orders Liaising with transport companies, suppliers and clients Training, supervising and appraising staff Maintaining statistical records Devising rotas for staff Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met Administering stock control Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
