As a Spares Executive in Aluva Ernakulam, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of spare parts, ordering replacements as needed, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. You will also be involved in coordinating with suppliers and handling any customer queries related to spare parts.Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of spare parts inventory, monitoring stock levels to avoid shortages or overages, identifying opportunities for cost savings through bulk ordering, and ensuring all orders are processed and delivered on time. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities related to spare parts.To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar position, possess strong organizational skills, have a good understanding of spare parts management processes, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A 10th pass education is required for this position, and the ideal candidate will be a male candidate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.
