Handle employee relations, fostering harmony and addressing concerns in a tight-knit team. Administer payroll and benefits tailored to a small-to-medium enterprise in the food industry. Ensure compliance with Karnataka labor laws and food safety regulations impacting staff. Develop training programs to improve traditional sweet-making techniques and customer service excellence. Maintain confidential employee records and manage HR systems. Advise leadership on workforce planning as we expand our online and local presence.
