Marketing of Construction Chemicals of the Company in India and abroad as per given targets. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective. Customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organizations products/services. Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Identifies advantages and compares organizations products/services. Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas. To visit the sites and guide the customers and provide the solutions as per customers requirements. Collection of outstanding payments. Handling Promotional activities like Exhibitions, seminars, trials at the customer level, etc. Follow up for technical clearance & product approval/Specification with consultants/customers. Product presentation, provide Technical Assistance, Application Support and Solutions to Customer. To build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, applicators, contractors.

Skills Total 1 Year in Procurement in Contracting/ Manufacturing Industry desirable Good English written and spoken, High Computer skills Knowledge of Middle East markets desirable.EducationDegree in Mechanical / Electrical EngineeringResponsibilities:1. Source and generate a data base of Vendors as per the requirement.2. Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract.3. Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)4. Prepare schedule of comparison5. Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality. 6. Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with ProjectManagement Team. 7. Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which thequotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements. 8. Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level ofintegrity.9. Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in thisregard10. Issuance of Purchase order. 11. Tracking and expediting of Shipment. 12. Handle Delivery and inspection of items. Assist in Insurance claims, if any.13. Storage and handling on site, prior to use, during installation and commissioning andclosure of any surplus/defective materials after the completion of the project.14. Client acceptance/rejection, warranties and other related follow up matters with thesupplier till completion of Project. 15. Keep updated with market developments and assist in Vendor Development. 16. Regularly train on company development programs.17. Report on budget versus Actual performance on project-wise basis18. Arrange and participate in meetings between suppliers and Company engineers and otherpersonnel to facilitate standardization and economical procurement. 19. Assist Tendering and Costing Department as required.
