Co ordination with operation & Maintenace team of various customer sites for obtaining Attendance, inputs for making monthly invoice on PAN india basis.2. Getting inputs from customer and Co ordination with our HR team and Tender team for making appropriate invoice. 3. To make an on time Invoice and send to our clients.4. To follow up the clients and our site managers for processing the invoice towards Operation & Maintenance Payment.5. To follow up the Supervisor and get the attendance to make an Invoice.6. Supporting the Tender department to prepare the Tender related documents timely to participate the tender.6. Search in the GeM portal and various other portals to find out the appropriate Tenders and to co ordinate with other team members & inter-department colleagues for preparation costing and tender related documents. 7. To coordinate with HR team for Statuary documents needed to O&M clients.8. Prepare Operation and Maintenance offer whenever required and sent it to clients.9. Prepare Vendor registration and sent the supporting documents to client.10.
