Roles and Responsibilities IncludesEnd to End Recruitment of Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff in all the schools in Pune region.Onboarding & Job shadowing of the newly joined employeesArranging Walk-in Interviews & Campus DrivesDeveloping & Exploring various sources of recruitmentNeed based traveling to assigned locations for executing the workAll other relevant duties to perform in HR function

Administrative Officer will be responsible for the complete administration of the campus.Dealing with the parentsManaging physical infrastructure / facilities / assetsMaintenance of school recordsLiaison with various Government / External Agencies, Organizations & Neighboring Societies.Administrative arrangements of various school programs, Annual Excursions & Field Visits.Complete Supervision of the campus including Housekeeping / Security / Transport / Canteen etc.Work in co-ordination with various internal & external stakeholders
