The Job is Opening for Site Engineer Who Can Lead the Team

1. To Recruit Workmen of Required Skill & Competency.2. Maintain attendance record of staff, worker and contractor worker3. Prepare the salary working and submit the same to HOD for approval4. Prepare online ESIC challan generation & monthly payment5. In coordination with consultant to monitor monthly PF generation and & payments6. Prepare half yearly challan & payment of MLWF7. Maintain Database of staff, worker and contractor worker8. Arrange & provide office stationery, printing & general stock. 9. Liason with various govt authorities which includes factory Inspector, MPCB, PF and other relevant authorities.10. Monitor and take care of building maintenance, infrastructure. Inform management about any repairs or modifications required.11. To Maintain All Admin and HR Documents & Records.12. Monitor the housekeeping activities on regular basis13. Monitor Security functions and keep track of the shifts and changes in the service, contract etc.14. Arranging ticketing & visa whenever required15. Arranging worker to site work and check & clear their voucher expenses16. Guest Management17. Maintenance Of All Office Equipments18. Handle day to day admin activities like Security, Plumbing, Fabrication issues19. Taking care of MSEB payment20. Whenever at the time of emergency to look after dispatch & unloading work21. Asper emergency, do perform outdoor work22. Ensure the scrap is received by the concerned production department and Place specified Scrap in a designated area of the scrap yard23. To file yearly factory returns, statistics report, MPCB return and other reports required by authorities24. Any other job given by the management.

Responsible for planning, developing and purchasing materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications. Forecast procurement needs and implement purchase strategy and policies. Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers. Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved. Review quotations by dealing with suppliers. Back to back guarantee along with Quality team. Prepare and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions & ensure proper authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of new products. Track Purchasing activity and measurements. Ensure supplier compliance with company requirements for safety Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users, vendors and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action. Liaise with Accounts Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier. Supplier evaluation/revaluation and selection of moderate complexity through registration procedure on the basis of Manufacturing facilities/Capacity, Capability & quality Systems. Working closely with vendors at development stage for development/design of product to ensure quality of new developed parts. Monitoring and daily follow up with vendors/suppliers for Development and production of parts. Conducting supplier quality audit as per plan along with of quality inspector and training ofvendors for up gradation. Monitors supplier performance and takes corrective action to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Inventory control through stock & Material management. Finding root cause analysis through problem solving techniques and ensuring corrective action
