Job Title: Customer Support Specialist Location: Remote (India) Salary: 30,000 INR per month Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM EST (US Eastern Standard Time) About Plento Inc. Plento provides flexible pricing while giving restaurants full control over their customers ordering experience. Our managed delivery feature allows restaurants to hire and manage their own drivers with a fully integrated dispatch system, making food delivery more personalized and reliable. Job Responsibilities: Answer all incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently. Manage and program restaurant menus within our platform. Respond promptly to all support emails sent to support@plento.io. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues. Provide guidance on platform features. Resolve customer inquiries with a focus on excellent service. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates. Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Previous customer support or customer experience is required. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bonus: Tamil/Hindi proficiency is a bonus. Sales experience is a bonus. Benefits: Competitive salary of 30,000 INR per month.
