We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Fitter to join our team in Konanakunte. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in constructing and assembling metal structures and components.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Reading Technical Drawings:** Interpret and understand blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accurate fabrication of metal parts.- **Assembly:** Assemble metal components by welding, bolting, or fastening, ensuring solid and precise connections for durability.- **Cutting and Shaping Materials:** Use tools such as band saws, grinders, and shears to cut and shape metal to required dimensions.- **Maintenance of Tools:** Regularly inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during fabrication processes.- **Quality Control:** Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet safety standards and specifications, making adjustments as necessary.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to effectively execute projects and resolve any issues that may arise during production.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Fabrication Fitter, with a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes. A basic education level of 10th grade is required. Attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a team are essential. Candidates must have a solid understanding of safety practices and the ability to follow instructions. Effective communication skills will help in coordinating tasks and solving problems. This position is full-time and requires working from the office. Male candidates are preferred for this role.
