This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of sales experience who are eager to build a career in real estate. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our residential and commercial projects.Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to prospective clients through networking, referrals, and digital channels. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing them with information on our projects and offers. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Planet Greens offerings to effectively present benefits and features to clients. Site Visits: Arrange and accompany clients on site visits, offering a personalized experience and addressing queries. Negotiation & Closure: Manage the sales process from inquiry to closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Documentation: Assist clients with required documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, and keep track of sales targets and achievements.Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
