We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Marketing Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong ability to drive growth and build relationships with clients.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Generate Leads:** Identify potential clients and create strategies to reach them, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- **Conduct Market Research:** Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.- **Develop Marketing Strategies:** Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective campaigns that promote our products and services.- **Sales Presentations:** Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.- **Reporting and Analysis:** Track sales performance and prepare reports highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. A strong understanding of sales processes and marketing principles is essential. Candidates should also be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess good analytical skills to assess market conditions. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is expected, along with a commitment to meeting sales targets and deadlines. Male candidates are preferred for this role.

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime. Manage sales, purchase, journal, and contra vouchers. Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, bank reconciliation, and cash books. Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Support in finalization of accounts and coordination with auditors. Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, and receipts. Handle petty cash and daily accounting documentation. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups.
