1.Perfoarm the lab tests as ordered by Medical officer2.Ensure that the medical equipments and lab equipments are available and in working condition3.Ensure registers/ records are available and maintained 4.Act as backup to nurse (when need raise)5.Counsels and educates beneficiaries, as per specific need in personalizing, substance abuse, and physical activity ..6. Maintains detailed and accurate records and reports.7.Takes appropriate action for Bio Medical waste management 8.Carries out any other relevant additional functions as tasked by the MO /Specialist doctor/Operations/CD team9.Attend periodic trainings conducted by CD/Operations team.10. Manages daily operation and other activities whatever may be suggested by the reporting manager

MD/DNB in Internal Medicine Excellent Domain knowledge to guide MO to diagnose andmanage medical conditions as per the purview of their specialitythrough telemedicine consultation. Internal Medicine (support in management of communicabledisease, Non Communicable disease, other general ailments notresponding to treatment) Paediatrics (management of newborn and pediatric cases upto 18years) Obstetrics and Gynaecology (Antenatal cases, post natal cases andGynaecological conditions communication skills in Hindi, local language as applicable to thestates Counsel the beneficiary on lifestyle changes and appropriatepreventive measures. Ability to use technology (application) to document the clinicalfindings and prescribe the medicine/suggest appropriatemanagement.Key Roles/Responsibilities: Should be able to diagnose the condition after eliciting proper history and based onfindings of clinical examination done by MO/GNM and available laboratory parameters. Should recommend appropriate medication as per the condition of the patient. Should be able to provide support in capacity building activities for GNM based on theobservations in handling Telemedicine calls. Should be able to document their clinical findings and data on daily call handling andshare meaning interpretation out of the data in a periodic manner.
