- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge.- Forex market knowledge will be an add on.- Have to make client's call (data will be provided) and provide details regarding account opening, deficiency in documentation or provide with any other necessary information.- Explain the benefits to client, concisely detail and all necessary information.- To inform them about our offers/services.- To listen to objections and handle them effectively.- To generate more leads from the people out called.- To enter the details of every interaction in the system.- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment.- Ability to manage sensitive and critical client informationWorking Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
