PingMe Study Abroad is a leading study abroad consultancy .We are involved in doing student recruitment to universities and colleges in prime study abroad destinations like Canada, UK, Germany, Ireland and other European countries. We help students to get admissions and visas according to their interests.We are searching for a new Branch manager to join our team who is interested in helping to hire and train other team members. You will also assist in making sure the team adheres to company policies, resolving customer complaints, leading the team, and organizing the team schedule.To be a great fit for this role you should have a consistent work history and previous experience as a senior staff member or as an Branch manager. A passion for customer service and team mentoring is also a plus.Your role:Assessing student profile and counselling students on country procedures, course requirements as well as suggesting suitable coursesHandling inbound, outbound calls and attending walk-in clients to ensure maximum conversionStaying up to date with universities, courses, entry requirements, scholarships etc.Attending university training and webinarsMeeting monthly, quarterly and yearly targetsConducting webinars and small sessions to prospective students for increasing salesCreating reports, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data Working with clientsMonitoring customer and client satisfactionManaging customer complaints and resolving their issuesJob Types: Full-timePreferred female candidatesPreference for Thrissur locality candidatesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementInternet reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Commission payPerformance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Irinjalakuda, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
