We are looking for an HR and admin Manager to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide administrative supportCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutesDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)Properly handle complaints and grievance proceduresCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsConduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesRequirementsProven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative positionFluent in English SpeakingHands-on experience with an HRBasic knowledge of AdminExcellent organizational skillsStrong communications skillsGraduate degree and relevant degree in the fieldHonest and dedicatedAbility to handle pressureAbility to manage personnel

Responsibilities: 1) Filing Income Tax Return2) Finalize the TDS report and submit3) Day to Day Accounts Activities 4) GST Filing5) Assist in accurate and timely accounting including day to day accounting activities6) Import Documentation workDesired Candidate profile: Good communication and presentation skills Excellent knowledge in books and compliance Good Knowledge of MS office- MS Excel B.Com/ M.Com or equivalent degree Should know General Accounting Principles, Taxation Tally and EWAY Bill would be an added advantage
