Company: Philips Engineering ServicesHead Mechanical Maintenance Coal Handling Plant (2x350 MW GMR Warora Thermal Power Plant)No of Position: 2Location: Warora, Nagpur, MaharashtraWork Experience: 10 years+Technical Knowledge:a) 10+ years in similar plants with the skill sets/exposure ofb) On hand CHP Mechanical Maintenance skills of Coal based thermal power stations (Knowledge of Stacker Reclaimer, Conveyor system, Crusher,Screens ,DE/DS systems etc, Knowledge of belt specification/quality checks)c) Experience in handling of Statutory issues and dealt with statutory authoritiesd) Handling of contractors/business partners i.e. contract management skillse) Must have implemented industry standard safety, environment & waste management measuresf) Exposure to business excellence models like 5S/TPM/TQM/Six Sigma and implementation of Management system like ISO/OHSASg) Inventory, consumable managementh) Maintenance planning and usage of ERP packages like SAP will be an added advantageSalary: Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month
