We wish to introduce our company,PH1 Industries Pvt Ltdis an Engineering andTechnology services company which has vast experience in the field of Alternate FuelFeeding Systems & Bulk Materials Handling systems for Cements, Pharma & Chemicals,Oil & Gas, Power Industries.We are looking for a Purchase Executive to buy equipment and products that are essentialfor our companys day-to-day operations and project supplies. You will review prices andquality and ensure optimal stock levels.Job Responsibilities? Research and source potential vendors? Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers? Negotiate order terms of payment and pricing? Track orders and ensure timely delivery? Review quality of purchased products? Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases? Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information andinvoices? Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed? Coordinate with stores in-charge to ensure proper storageQualification Requirements? Minimum Work Experience of 3 Years as a Purchase Executive / PurchaseAssistantor similar role from Engineering/ Pharma / Bulk Material EquipmentManufacturing Industry.?
