Researching prospects and generating leads.3. Contacting potential and existing customers in person.4. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.5. Managing the sales process through specific software programs.6. Building and maintaining a CRM database.7. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales/collection targets.8. Participating in sales team meetings.
