Ensure verification of source data, concept drawings / concepts as required. Prepare and analyze the engineering document deliverable register (EDDR) in coordination with all relevant department / discipline, submission date as per Client / Contract requirements. Prepare / review the design outputs in the form of design computations, drawings and specification. Review of design document, drawings, etc. issued by various disciplines, design subcontractor and ensure Clients approval. Responsible to ensure approval of all submitted documents and drawings and necessary coordination with Client/contractor Responsible to ensure unclear issues are resolved with Client/contractor through technical query in coordination with inter discipline leads, managers. In coordination with procurement department, ensure that procurement inputs required for design has been obtained from vendor and forwarded to the design subcontractor. Coordinate for the preparation of as built. Preparation of Telecommunication Engineering deliverables including Design Basis, Specifications for various Telecommunication Systems, System Block Diagrams, Datasheets, MR. Producing Radio Coverage Calculations, Fresnel Zone Calculations, estimating antennae height, etc. Perform Fiber Optic Link Budget Calculations, Data and Telephony Traffic Analysis, Capacity / Bandwidth Calculations, Public Address Sound Pressure Level Calculations. Telecom Equipment Power Consumption and Heat Load Calculations. Develop Telecommunication Systems Architecture Diagrams. Provide engineering drawings including Device Location Plans, Cable Routing Layouts, Instrument/Device Installation Details, Interconnection Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams, Circuit & Connection Diagrams, , Cable Block Diagrams and MDF / IDF Schematics, FO Allocation Diagrams, Device and Equipment Schedules etc Co-ordinate with other disciplines and review of other discipline deliverables.

Experience: 5+ years Majorly looking for Oil & Gas industry. JD: PFD DEVELOPMENT P&ID DEVELOPMENT Data sheets and specifications (equipment and instruments, piping special parts) Schedules (equipment list, line list, elec. load list) Inter-Discipline Checks IDC (plot plan, equipment layout, piping model / layout, isometrics, Data sheets of equipment, packages and instruments) Vendor data review for process equipment. Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs), Process Safety Diagrams, Material Selection Flow Diagrams (MSDs), Pressure and Temperature Diagrams (PTDs) & Utility demand calculation. Mass balance and Heat Balance for process using hysys Checking/preparation of control valves calculation. Trip logic diagram/control Philosophy Preparation of CAUSE AND EFFECT DIAGRAM (BS-132/BS-131) for safe plant shut down. Material Request for Process Equipment. Heat Exchanger design & Sizing Preparing project reports, flow diagrams, layout, equipment specifications etcSurge analysis calculation.Hydraulic analysis for long distance pipeline Critical line sizing hydraulic and sizing validations.PUMP DESIGN/SIZING/SECLECTION & HYDRAULIC : (CENTRIFUGAL/RECIPROCATING)Pumps hydraulic calculations (NPSHA,NPSHR,SHUT OFF, Power requirement)) calculation npshPumps hydraulic checks.FLARE SYSTEM DESIGN: Complete network design like Basis for design Header network, Relief valve or safety valve sizing, Drum sizing and stack Sizing.
