JD :1. Own and deliver the operational plans for functional areas, including operations, supply chain, warehouse operations, and operational goals for inbound and outbound inventory.2. Drive continuous improvement projects to optimise operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives. Help build and implement SOPs. Manage workflow and day-to-day E-Commerce Operations.3. Collaborate with the e-Commerce Team, Distribution Team, Warehouse Team, and External Vendors to solicit and share process improvements and drive efficiencies and cost savings.4. Set clear goals and expectations for the business. Measures performance, Operational KPIs and provides KPI's feedback, and holds team members accountable.5.Responsible for providing and achieving strategic level/long-term planning (3, 6, and 12 months out) including planning, forecasting, and peak season planning for Selvel Brands on multi-channels and Selvel's business on eCommerce Websites, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Shopclues, JioMart, etc.6. Oversee a digital forecasting process allowing for stocks to remain at the optimal level. Must know about Stock Management, B2C Logistic Workflow, and Stock & Payment reconciliation.
