Current Opening: Sr. Site EngineerProject: SKYi 5 Racecourse (luxury high-rise residential 3, 4 & 5 BHK apartments)Location: SKYi 5 Racecourse, Wanwadi / Sopan Baug area, PuneExperience: Minimum 8 years (strictly no exceptions) in civil construction, preferably high-rise residential / Mivan formwork projectsReporting to: Project ManagerSalary: Up to 70,000 per month (negotiable / open for the right candidate with strong high-rise experience)Consultancy Reference: People Place ConsultancyKey Responsibilities (as per the role):Monitoring & Execution Oversee all ongoing activities via subordinates/contractors as per SOP; monitor progress to meet schedules; proactively identify & resolve bottlenecks.Training & Development Train contractors/workers on proper methodologies and specifications.Planning Prepare & update activity schedules; review resource plans (manpower, material, machinery) regularly.Billing Verify contractor bills weekly; update work done in ERP system.Quality Control Study work orders, QMP, drawings; ensure compliance; prepare QA/QC reports within 7 days.Documentation Maintain daily progress/manpower reports, drawing records (GFC), billing files securely.Safety Implement site safety plan; enforce PPE usage, no child labor; issue work permits; conduct audits; stop unsafe work; lead safety responsibility for assigned area; minimize material wastage & handle reconciliations.Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have for Shortlisting):Education B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (essential); Diploma holders with exceptional experience may be considered.Experience 8+ years in site execution/supervision for residential/high-rise projects (ideally 5+ years in senior role); exposure to Mivan/Aluminium formwork, high-rise RCC/ finishing works preferred (SKYi projects often use modern formwork).Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of civil construction processes RCC, formwork, finishing, MEP coordination basics.Proficiency in reading/ interpreting architectural & structural drawings, GFC (Good for Construction).Hands-on experience with quality control, material reconciliation, and compliance reporting.Familiarity with ERP systems for billing/progress entry (or quick learner for software like SAP/ custom ERP).Knowledge of safety protocols, construction safety manual, PPE enforcement, permit systems.Software/Tools AutoCAD (reading drawings), MS Office (Excel for planning/reports), Primavera/MS Project (preferred for scheduling).Soft/Managerial Skills:Excellent team leadership managing juniors, contractors, large manpower.Proactive problem-solving & bottleneck identification.Strong communication & training ability (explaining methodologies to workers/contractors).High attention to detail for documentation, quality & safety.Ability to enforce discipline (e.g., work stoppage for safety violations).This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced luxury residential sites, values sustainability/safety, and enjoys leading teams to deliver premium quality on time.If this aligns with your background and you're open to exploring, please reply with your updated resume (highlighting high-rise/residential experience, Mivan exposure if any, and current CTC).
