Responsibilities:You will be responsible for delivering a warm and caring patient experience while some of responsibilities are illustrated as follows : Intermediate between the Aesthetic patients and doctor. Responsible for providing training to junior Therapists in the clinic. Lead the aesthetic team in the clinic. Responsible for maintaining all the aesthetic processes and records in system. Responsible for counselling and conversions of aesthetic patients. Giving demonstrations to patients. Responsible for renewals and reference collection from existing patients. Perform Hair / Skin Therapies & support services such as hair/skin PRP, Hydrafacials, Medifacials, Laser treatments, Derma-heal and many others which will keep getting added on a timely basis. Ensure high degree of customer service. Responsible for Inventory Management. Responsible for upkeep of aesthetic rooms, equipments and consumables.Qualifications:Neat personal appearance & keep work area clean & sanitised Required 2+ exp in Laser Hair Reduction, Peels, Facial, Mole Removal, Q-Switch, Dermabrasion Good Communications ,Smart Working, Team Work, Should be Presentable, Good Convincing Skills.
