You will be responsible for merchant acquisition, onboarding, and product activation in your assigned areas. This is a field-intensive role that requires strong communication and sales skills.Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire local merchants and retailers across Kolkata and nearby suburbsPromote and sell Paytm products such as QR Code, Soundbox, POS (Swipe) Machines, and other financial servicesOnboard merchants through field visits and assist with KYC and documentationTrain merchants on product usage and digital payment acceptanceEnsure regular usage and active status of installed productsAddress merchant queries and provide after-sales supportMeet assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targetsMaintain records and submit reports to team leads/managersPreferred Localities:Candidates from areas like Salt Lake, Behala, Garia, Howrah, Dum Dum, New Town, Ballygunge, Park Street, and Rajarhat are preferred for easier field operations.Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 10+2; Graduation is a plus02 years of field sales experience (freshers with sales interest are welcome)Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler with a valid licenseGood knowledge of Kolkatas local markets and geographyComfortable communicating in Bengali, Hindi, and EnglishStrong negotiation and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and target-orientedWhat We Offer:Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentivesFuel and travel reimbursementsOn-the-job training and learning opportunitiesScope for career growth within the organizationWork with one of Indias top fintech brands
