We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Picker & Packers in Ludhiana. This role is essential for ensuring that products are accurately selected and packed for shipment. Freshers are welcome to apply, and candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Picking Products:** Identify and select items from inventory based on specific orders, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.- **Packing Orders:** Carefully pack items in boxes to prevent damage during shipping, using appropriate packing materials and techniques.- **Labeling Packages:** Affix correct shipping labels to each package, ensuring they are easy to read and scan for delivery.- **Maintaining Inventory:** Keep track of stock levels while picking and packing, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.- **Following Safety Guidelines:** Adhere to safety practices in the workplace to ensure a safe environment for yourself and your teammates.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have strong attention to detail to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately.
