Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations) Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees Monitor HR departments budget Manage employees grievances Other HR Core related Activities

You will be working as an associate doing field sales in your region and working in a team of go-getters to help spread the way of Learning in your city. As a BDE you will be required to assist students and parents in your region that have downloaded the Pathshala application using a consultative selling approach. The ideal candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and can demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Company will Provide data in terms of the leads, need to book an appointment, meet a prospect and convenience them for our paid subscription.
