As a Network Support Engineer in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth network operations. You will work full-time in the office and provide technical support to resolve network issues effectively.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Network Monitoring:** Regularly check network performance and functionality to ensure that all systems are running optimally. Quick identification of faults or disruptions is key.- **Troubleshooting:** Investigate and resolve network-related problems, such as connection issues and hardware failures, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption for users.- **Installation and Configuration:** Assist in setting up new network equipment, such as routers and switches, and configure them according to the company's standards.- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and incidents to help in future troubleshooting and planning.- **User Support:** Provide technical assistance to users regarding network access issues and educate them about best practices for using the network effectively.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess a degree in B.C.A, B.Sc, or B.E.
