Job Title: Computer and Design Assistant (Canva & AI Tools)Job Summary:We are looking for a smart and creative individual who is comfortable working on computers, Canva, and basic AI tools. The candidate will assist in creating designs, managing digital files, and supporting online tasks for our coaching and marketing work.Key Responsibilities:Create and edit posters, brochures, and social media posts using Canva.Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, DALLE, etc.) for content, images, and ideas.Handle basic computer operations MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, file organization.Assist in uploading content to websites or social media.Support the digital team in everyday design and documentation tasks.Maintain data, edit PDFs, and perform small technical tasks.Required Skills:Good knowledge of computers and internet usage.Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva (designing posters, reels, etc.).Understanding of AI tools for creative work.Typing and file handling skills.Creative mindset and attention to detail.Ability to learn new digital tools quickly.Qualification:Minimum: Graduate (any stream).Preference: Basic knowledge of graphic design or computer applications.Salary Range:8,000 15,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)Work Type:Full-time, In-office

Job Title: Mathematics Faculty SSC & UPSC (Prelims Level)About Us:Parth IAS Academy, Gwaliors leading civil services coaching institute, is inviting applications from passionate and qualified educators who can teach Mathematics to aspirants preparing for SSC (CGL, CHSL, CPO) and UPSC (CSAT) examinations.We value conceptual clarity, innovative teaching, and the ability to make even the toughest problems simple and engaging.Job Responsibilities:Teach Quantitative Aptitude / Mathematics for SSC and CSAT Maths for UPSC aspirants.Plan and deliver structured lessons covering complete syllabusArithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Mensuration, Data Interpretation, etc.Prepare and conduct regular tests, doubt sessions, and practice classes.Develop high-quality study material, class notes, and question sets.Guide students on exam strategies, shortcuts, and conceptual problem-solving.Ensure consistent improvement in student performance and maintain classroom discipline.Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong concepts may also apply).Strong command over Arithmetic and Advanced Maths.Ability to teach both English and Hindi medium students is preferred.Excellent communication skills, clarity of explanation, and enthusiasm for teaching.Familiarity with UPSC CSAT and SSC exam patterns.Preferred Qualities:Previous experience with any reputed coaching institute.Ability to design mock tests and worksheets.Passionate about teaching and mentoring aspirants.Work Type:Part-Time (Offline) Location: Parth IAS Academy, Gwalior
