This shall be done in consultation with the Managers and with the approval of the Directors. Exit formalities Handling the exit formalities of those employees who resign from the company with care and sensitivity. It is the duty of the Executive HR to make their exit from the company smooth and memorable.Reports- Prepare Daily reports for Attendance, Penalty& late arrival reports. Prepare recruitment Dashboard for candidates who apply for PCCAdministrationHousekeeping Handling housekeeping duties- Supervision of housekeeping and security staff- Maintaining cleanliness of the premises- Ensuring timely servings of beverages during breaks- Handling and accounting of petty cash for day to day expense towards maintenance and housekeeping with periodic updates to Finance Department- Prepare Salary calculations for HSKPNG
