We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Chandlodia. The ideal candidate will have a background in ITI and possess a keen interest in machine operations. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Set Up CNC Machines:** Prepare and configure CNC machines for production by installing the necessary tools and workpieces, ensuring they meet specifications.- **Operate Machines:** Execute machining tasks according to the provided blueprints and specifications, monitoring the process to ensure proper functioning.- **Quality Inspection:** Conduct regular inspections of finished products using measuring tools to verify that they meet quality standards and specifications.- **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve any machine or product issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.- **Maintain Equipment:** Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure they are in good working order, including cleaning and minor repairs as needed.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a basic understanding of CNC machining processes and equipment. A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to read technical drawings and blueprints is important to perform tasks accurately. Good communication skills will help in collaborating with team members and ensuring smooth operations.
