We are hiring a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team immediately! This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and more.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment SupportDraft and post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Employee EngagementPlan and execute employee engagement activities and events.Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to enhance workplace culture. HR OperationsMaintain and update employee records and HR databases.Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and guidelines.Oversee new hire onboarding and exit formalities. Payroll Support (if applicable)Track attendance and leave records.Assist in collecting and compiling data for payroll processing.
